- What does the term success mean to you in practice?
If you want to succeed, do not set any limits. Set a goal, work on achieving it while evolving and gaining valuable knowledge. Ensure to challenge people around you and continuously enhance their performance.
- How do you maintain survivability of the firm in critical periods?
I always view challenges in my life as an opportunity to learn. Turn loss into a lesson, and tackle the problem before it’s too late. Ninety percent of a mindset represents success, while 10% – depends on the luck.

I start off every day with a physical workout. It helps me to find inner peace and an opportunity to disconnect and have my brain recharged. I constantly prioritize my day to work from the most complicated to least complicated.

Being at the right place at the right time, surround yourself with the right people. You become who you surround yourself with. Surround yourself with people who have the right mindset which is a key to success.
